AWA Hotel located at the central gateway of Rotorua City, a haven of relaxation and adventure in the heart of New Zealand's North Island. nestled in the stunning geothermal region of Rotorua. AWA Hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Skyline Rotorua and Mitai Maori Village. This hotel is 2.3 mi (3.7 km) from Eat Street and 2.7 mi (4.4 km) from Tamaki Maori Village.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the hotel's Restaurant and Bar. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge.
Featured amenities include a front desk service and support from 6:00 am to 12:00 am next day and can do self-check in by contacting our staff in advance by email. Free self-parking is available onsite and there are plenty of free public street car parks around the hotel building under 7/24 CCTV security camera. Our hotel staff and managers are residents in the hotel complex and around the hotel keeping eyes on all the security of our guest cars and safety.
Make yourself at home in one of the 78 air-conditioned rooms featuring LED televisions with free Sky TV movies/programs, and Chromecast System, etc. for our respectful guests. Your bed comes with down comforters and premium bedding. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with spacious and nice water flow showers and complimentary toiletries.
AWA Hotel has CCTV 7/24 monitoring the surroundings and car parks areas including public street car parks at Chapman Place around the Hotel Complex (parking at any time). Car parks in front of the shops in the same complex (the shop closed at 9:00 pm and then all the car parks in front of the shops are available for our hotel guests to park) and Car Parks in front of 6 Chapman Place are also available to AWA hotel guests (parking at any time). AWA Hotel also provides a late check-in service. For people who want to check in between 0:00 am - 6:00 am, please send an email in advance as earlier as possible but no later than 11:00 pm (23:00) before checking in] to: contact@awahotel.nz to get check in instructions in advance. (2) Anyone who wants to check out before 7:00 am, please arrange reception in an earlier day. (3) For our guests’s quiet enjoyment, no room service will be provided between 0:00 am and 7:00 am.
Standard Breakfast Time: 7:45 am. Please inform receptionist a day earlier if you want to have breakfast prior to 7:45 am.
The reception area may be closed for breaks including the time between 0:00 am to 7:00 am, and 10:30am to 2:30pm. In this situation, please follow the site instructions for access (enter and exit).
